My elevation is at 9300 ft. I was wondering what I could grow at this elevation and if it's to late

It is a bit late to be planting things in your garden. You should be able to find some colorful annuals in local garden centers for some instant splashes of color. There are a number of plants you can include in your garden at 9300 feet. In fact, Colorado State University has put together an informational website that I think will be helpful to you.
