I have planted bush beans and now the beans have sprouted and they are about 3

If you dig them carefully (without damaging too many of the roots), you can transplant them into containers or into another spot in the garden. Sometimes wetting the soil a few hours before the move will make digging easier and the soil that clings to the roots will help reduce transplant shock.
