I'veonly had the plants two months, I've watered them, and they are dying. I've removed the soent flowers, now giving them fertilizers and nothing is helping. I do see that birds have pecked at the lower basket. They are hanging from my patio. Please help. I dont see them lasting much longer, let alone til next spring/summer.

Unfortunately, based on your description I am not certain which specific plants you have. However, sometimes containers of mixed flowers sold in the spring contain early season flowering plants such as pansies that prefer cooler weather. Once the weather turns hot and humid for summer, they naturally deteriorate despite our best efforts. Perhaps this is what happened to your flowers.
