Will the Oleander work in my zone/climate?

Oleander is planted extensively in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Southern California and Nevada. There's no reason it shouldn't grow well in your landscape. There are lots of varieties to choose from; standard or dwarf; white, pink, or red.
