The Q&A Archives: Roses

Question: When is the best time to plant Roses?

Answer: Shirley,

The best time is fall followed by winter and then early spring. You can plant container grown plants at any time including during the summer heat if you provide very attentive care to keep the roots moist without keeping them soggy wet from overwatering.
