Is there anyway I can plant and find strawberries this time. I know they won't berry this year. How about next year though?

Most strawberry plants are sold bare-rooted in the early spring. You might find some grown in containers for sale at this time of year, but it in my experience that is pretty unlikely. Instead, if you know someone who has a healthy strawberry patch you might ask them for some runner starts. They will be thinning the patch to remove the runners form time to time so possibly could pass some along to you.
