i have golden euonymus shrubs in my back yard and they have some a fungs on the leaves like . what should i do are use

Lois,

Those plants may be showing signs of powdery mildew or scale insects which mostly are found on the underside of the leaves. Powdery mildew is controlled with products containing bayleton or triforine. Scale can be controlled with sprays of summer oil directed upward for complete coverage of the undersides of the leaves. Sprays with imidocloprid also work well.
