The Q&A Archives: Is it too late to transplant....

Question: Hi: I have started a new garden - under an evergreen tree - and I would like to transplant a few hostas and seedums there. Is it too late in the season??? Should I wait for next sping????
Thanks. bls

Answer: You can transplant, as long as you keep your new transplants watered well until they adjust to their new surroundings. Best wishes with the move!
