I need to know anything about habaneros.

Habanero peppers are also known as Scotch Bonnets. They mature from seed in about 95 days, and measure approx. 1.5" long x 1" wide. Habanero holds the title (currently, there are some new contenders) for the hottest capsicum grown in North America. On the Scoville Heat Unit scale, habaneros are listed at 150,000-350,000 (for comparison, jalapeno is 3,500-10,000 and a bell pepper is 0). Its botanical name is Capsicum chinense.
