Hanging baskets can dry out quickly and may need to be watered several times a day during hot weather. And, depending upon where you have it hanging, it's possible that the plant roots can bake if sunshine directly hits the hanging basket. To make sure my hanging baskets get enough water, I check them both morning and evening. And, once or twice a week I take them down and immerse them in a large container of water to fully rehydrate the potting soil. This alone may help you keep your hanging baskets healthy all summer long. Hope so!
