I have a large garage wall and I would like to plant self-clinging, evergreen vine to grow on it. I would like one that blooms a lot. Preferably blue flowers. Can you suggest one?

How about Clytostoma callistegioides, the Violet Trumpet Vine? There are other evergreen vines to choose from, but they don't have blue flowers: Clematis armandii (Evergreen Clematis), Lonicera (Honeysuckle), Passiflor (Passion Vine) and Podranea (Pink Trumpet Vine). Each of these plants will be happy growing in your region.
