Peach trees (along with other fruit trees) sometimes drop immature fruit when they are trying to develop too many fruits all at one time. They can also drop fruits if the flowers were not fully pollinated in the spring, or if the tree is water stressed. If you've been taking good care of it, I suspect that it either has too many fruit to develop, or the ones that are dropping were not completely pollinated.
