| I have three Pennisetum setaceum 'Rubrum's'. All three are healthy and vibrant, but one them has no plumes. Is their anyway to promote the grass to produce plumes? Thank You Jim |
| The plumes are the grass's way of flowering and setting seeds. Each plant has to reach maturity before sending up plumes so you'll just have to be patient - each grows at its own rate. |
