Cat's Claw (Macfadyena unguis-cati) is often seen in full sun situations, and can handle hot walls. It has bright yellow tubular blooms, and will bloom near the newer ends. It isn't fussy about soil and grows from underground tubers that can be difficult to eradicate, so be sure this is what you want to plant. Has "feet" that attach to anything. Very drought tolerant but can be invasive in wet areas.
