Will tomatoes bloom twice? I got tomatoes off the first batch of flowers and no flowers , just wondered if I will get more flowers/

It depends upon the type of tomato you planted. There are determinate types and indeterminate types of tomatoes. Determinate types produce a large crop all at one time and then produce only a few more fruits during the growing season. These plant usually reach a certain height and then do not grow a great deal more, no matter how long the season is. Indeterminate tomato types will produce fruits until frost. So, if you have a determinate type tomato, you won't get many more fruits this year.
