You can start Dodecatheons from seed, but it isn't always successful, so you'll need to be patient. Put them in a plastic baggie, seal it up and place it in your refrigerator for 8 weeks. Then sow the seeds on moistened seed starting mix, cover lightly, set some plastic film over the seed starting pot and keep them at 70F. Most seeds will germinate in 3-12 days. Good luck with your seed starting venture!
