Recently We spray post emergent crab grass treatment and after 7 days some of them were dying and some of them are still look fresh. Most of them were have seeds. I move them now. My question is I heard that these seeds can grow back into weeds quickly. Do I treatment my lawn with Pre-emrgent weed control and also treat with post emergent treatment as still some root and aprt of the weeds stalk are still there.

I'd use a pre-emergent herbicide to keep the seeds from germinating and growing into weeds. Corn Gluten meal is a good pre-emergent and is available in most garden centers. Surflan is another pre-emergent product. Be sure to read and apply according to label directions.
