I got a eucalyptus tree for a graduation present and it's growing well. Will it continue to grow well if I move it with us when we move to
Ruidoso, New Mexico? We are now at sea level and will be living aproximately 7,000 feet.
Thank you.

Eucalyptus is considered sub-tropical and will be damaged at temperatures about 32F and will be totally killed in temperatures of 10F. If temperatures in Ruidoso remain above freezing, your eucalyptus might have a chance.
