What types of roses (vines or shrubs) are most likely to survive the hot and humid weather in Miami? They will be potted in containers.

The climber 'America' and the shrub rose 'Bonica' would be good choices. In your hot, humid climate your roses will be particularly susceptible to disease problems, so be sure to choose varieties with good disease resistance.

Roses in Florida require a lot of water. Water well twice a week. You might want to check out the following web site about roses:
