I bought a miniature rose to go on my grandfathers grave and we took it off before it died how do i get it to come back completely. and do i need to plant it outside or in another pot for inside??

Samantha,

Give the roots moist soil but not soggy wet. Provide it plenty of sunlight. Fertilize with a soluble plant food such as Peters or Miracle Gro at the label rate. This will give it the best chance of surviving. After it shows some new growth you can repot it into a larger growing container. Inside there is just not enough light so you'll need to keep it outside.
