Hi, I have a Lace Cap Hydrangea and I was wongering if it was possible to take a cutting from it and get another plant from it? If yes, my question then would be how do I go about it?

You can root tip cuttings from hydrangeas quite easily, yes. The following two web pages offer detailed instructons on how to go about it.

The same technique could be used on a smoke bush (Cotinus coggygria) as well.
