Can you move Roses? If so, what is the best way.

You can transplant roses. The very best times to move them are in the winter when they are dormant; next best is autumn as their growth is slowing down. I'd try to avoid moving plants in mid-summer. The weather is such that they can go through a very stressful period and have difficulty establishing their roots until the weather cools down.
