I need suggestions for a full sun, fast growing shrub, fast growing to 3-4 ft. Can you help?

Fast growing shrubs used for hedging will typically grow 8-12' in height, so trying to find a fast growing shrub that will stop at 3-4' will be difficult. You might try Boxwood, which can be maintained at 3-4', or Russian Sage which is extremely fast growing and can be cut down to nearly ground level each spring so it can regrow without outgrowing its space. Or, you might try Nandina (heavenly bamboo). If you get the dwarf variety you can maintain it at 3-4'

Good luck with your new plants!
