When I cut my lawn,I seem to have brown spot in certain areas of my grass.Do I need to treat my lawn before the next lawn service? |
Michelle, I can't know for sure what is causing those brown spots. Possibilities include chinch bugs, diseases, drought, doggie urine, etc. I suggest you take a sample to your County Extension Office for diagnosis. Take a 4" by 4" plug with some roots and soil from the section between healthy and dead grass. Put it in a ziplock bag and if you can also bring in a photo of the lawn showing the affected areas that would help. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
