There are a number of flowering vines for shady sites in the Phoenix area:
Wisteria (white bloom)
Pink jasmine - jasminum polyanthum (white bloom, fragrance)
Bower vine - pandorea jasmoides (white bloom)
Carolina jasmine - gelesmium simpervivirens (yellow bloom)
Star jasmine - trachelospermum jasminoides (white bloom, fragrance)
Lavender star flower - grewia caffra (purple bloom)
Vigna (snail vine)

Hope one of these appeals to you!
