I have a St. Augustine lawn. There are low areas in my front yard where the water runs off. What can I use to fill these low spots? I was thinking of using sand. Would that be effective?

Betty,

Sand is fine but if you can purchase a topsoil product that is very similar to your own soil that would be best.
