I have seen this plant all over in south jordan and around here. I think that it is a shrub; people grow it by fences. They grow up and over the fence and they have four-o'clock like flowers. The only ones that I have seen have orange flowers. They are very popular around this area and I think that it has berries. What is this shrub or plant?

Bignonia capreolata (crossvine), is commonly grown in your area and has orange flowers; flowering quince is a shrub with bright orange flowers. Hope one of these is the plant in question!
