my shasta daisy plant has started to turn brown on the flowers they bloomed for about two months how long do the flowers last and how do i cut them back so they will reproduce? thank you |
Your plant has been blooming really well. Trimming off the faded flowers will possibly encourage it to bloom again in the fall. You can cut each stem individually, cutting just above a leaf to avoid leaving bare stubs, or you can trim the whole plant off straight across and fairly short. Keep it well watered and it should recover nicely. |
