| I have several Kong(TM) Red Coleus plants potted in containers on my deck and most of the leaves have holes in them. I don't see any insects on the leaves. What is causing this problem? |
| Coleus might be bothered by slugs or snails making holes in the leaves. These are nocturnal so you might not see them, but slugs do leave a silvery trail behind. They can be handpicked in the evening and dropped into soapy water, or you can bait them using a slug bait containing iron phosphate such as Sluggo. I hope this helps! |
