I'm almost certain your plants will recover without any intervention at all. Just continue to give them good care and they will eventually overcome the setback from the cold weather. When they are strong enough, they will begin to bloom again. Although you can cut off the spent flowers, your plants will exude a milky latex like substance. It can irritate your skin so wear glove and immediately hose the plant down when you've finished deadheading. This will make the latex stop oozing. I prefer to just leave my plants alone rather than deal with the latex!

Good luck with your garden!
