The Q&A Archives: Soil preperation

Question: What kind of soil preperation is needed for fall vegetables?

Answer: Soil preparation for fall vegetables would be the same as for spring vegetable planting. The soil should be loosened down about ten inches and organic matter such as compost added, you would also work in fertilizer and/or limestone if soil tests indicate they are needed.
