Answer: There are many different kinds of bromeliads and to some extent the best growing conditions would depend on which kind you have. But, as a rule, if the bromeliad you have has a central cup, that should be kept filled with water. Otherwise, soak the soil and let it dry before you water again. Average household temperatures are fine. Bright indirect light is a good starting point.
