| Dorothy, It may be due to stress, a fungal disease of the blooms or possibly an insect damaging the blooms. I suggest you place a few of the blooms in a sip close bag and take them to your County Extension Office and see if they can identify the problem and if necessary prescribe an appropriate remedy.
