Question: Spring blubs are in the stores. It is Aug. Hot and dry. When is the best time to plant new bulbs for the first timer?

Answer: Spring blooming bulbs are traditionally planted in the fall so wait until Septmeber or October to get your bulbs in the garden. In the meantime, store them in a cool, dark place. Best wishes with your garden!
