i have several diffenent kinds of weed grass growing in bermuda grass. what is the best way to rid my lawn of this. i would like not to use a spray. |
Joy, Controlling grass in grass is not easily done with sprays anyway. Your best bet it so mow often and work on building your lawn as strong and dense as possible to out-compete the weeds. After a season or two of good lawn care you will find the weeds to be significantly less prevalent. Hand pulling some weeds is certainly an option. Water the area well one day and then hand pull the next as the soil will be softer and the weeds will come out easier. There are special tools to help in removing weeds including weeding forks and other such tools. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
