I would not suggest you use the Kentucky bluegrass there in Florida. It will not survive well at all and looks very different from the St. Augustine you already have.
Continued to feed and water the St. Augustine to encourage it to fill in the bare areas. You may also want to cut some plugs from denser areas to set him to the bare areas to speed up how fast the grass completely covers the area.
