| Tomatoes ripen from the inside out but the color won't develop in temperatures over 86F, which can pose a problem in hot summer areas. I'd pick a few to take indoors. Leave them on the kitchen counter, or in a cupboard where temperatures are between 65F and 70F. They'll turn red in just a few days. |
