I live in northeast Ohio. When is the best time to plant blueberry and raspberry bushes? Also, I would like to transplant rhubarb and strawberrie plants now in Sept. Is that alright? Thanks for your anwser.

You can dig and transplant your rhubarb and strawberry plants now, and you can plant blueberry and raspberries now, too. Spring is the next window of opportunity in your growing region.
