The yew is probably a Taxus x media "Densiformis" and would grow three to four feet tall and four to six feet wide. These are often used as foundation plants and can be clipped.

The Chamaecyparis is sort of an irregular pyramidal shape at maturity, here is a photo and description to give you an idea of what to expect. (You may need to cut and paste the complete url into your browser to make it work correctly.)
