1. I know tulips here need to be pre chilled for 6-8 weeks. But when should they be placed in the ground so I can work backward that chilling time?

2. Wheen can they be expected to bloom?

St Augustine grass...

When should the final fertilizer treatement be applied and what should that fertilizer ration be?

Rolf,

In your area to lips are generally planted just after Christmas and will bloom in about mid-January depending on the variety and growing conditions. The final application of fertilizer to a San Augustine lawn should be made in early to mid October in your area.
