mystery shrub - Knowledgebase Question

I have a shrub that comes back every year and don't know what it is .I wrote to you in the spring and recieved your reply but still don't know what it is .Can I send a pic of the shrub now that it is in full bloom?.It only blooms in the fall with a thousand blue small flowers.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept photos. Without knowing your general geographic location, it is very difficult to make a guess. Perhaps it is a rosemary? (They are blooming heavily now in southern California, for example.) If so, a few crushed leaves would smell pungent -- like the rosemary you use in the kitchen. Here is a photo to compare with. Keep in mind some varieties will have larger or smaller flowers and the color can vary in intensity.
