There are many fungal diseases that can attack a variety of plants, but you didn't describe the problem or tell us which plants are affected. So, I'm at a loss to suggest control remedies. In general, fungal diseases favor poor air circulation, inadequate sunshine and overly moist conditions. Sometimes simply pruning plants back to increase air circulation and opening them up to better sunlight penetration will preclude fungal diseases. Couple that with watering the soil rather than the leaves and your garden should be reasonably fungus free next year.

Good luck with your garden.
