Mine is a Kramers Supreme Camillia. It is supposed to have an average growth of 8' x6'. I had it since before summer and it has buds but never has bloomed. I assume it will this nov or dec what I want to know is, Is this a good time to appy spray and grow?It has Iron and zinc

You can fertilize now and then again in the spring. Sometimes young camellias will produce more flower buds than they are able to open and will subsequently drop lots of unopened buds. This is nothing to be alarmed about; as it matures and stores energy in the roots, it will be able to open nearly all the flower buds it sets.
