Many of my beautiful azaleas (3-4 footers) have yellowing (and now falling) leaves. They look horrible. What should I do? Please help. |
You didn't mention where you live or how long you've had the azaleas so it will difficult to provide answers to your questions. Not all azaleas are evergreen so the yellowing and falling leaves might be quite natural. If you know they are evergreen, but they are suddenly losing foliage, consider stress from saturated soils, chemical overspray or even a sudden frost. If the plants are healthy they will releaf in the spring. If the roots are compromised, they may not green up again. Wish I could offer more information.... |
