| I have two kiwi vines which are about 6-7 years old. Supposedly one is male and one is female. Are there any specifics on how they should be pruned for best production? Like grapes? I have an aquaintance who never prunes hers. Will she eventually have a problem, or is that the way of it? |
| Kiwi's are such rampant growers that annual pruning is highly recommended. Like grapes, kiwi produces fruit on one year old wood. I'd prune both the male and female back each year.
