I WANT TO PLANT A SHADE TREE IN MY FRONT YARD, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST TREE TO PLANT ACCORDING TO THE ZONE WE LIVE IN, AND ALL THE NECCESSARY SOIL AND MULCH FOR THAT TREE TO THRIVE,AND SOME PLANT TREE TIPS COULD HELP ME OUT, BECAUSE I NEVER DID THIS BEFORE BUT I REALLY WANT GIVE IT A TRY ON MY OWN.

I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question and hope it is still helpful to you.

There are many great trees for you area and it really comes down to what you like and what your landscape needs aesthetically.

The following web sites have good information on trees to plant and how to plant a tree. Use the soil from the site without adding compost in the planting hole.
