I have 2 potted miniature rose bushes that I'd like to move into larger pots but I'm not sure what the best time of year to do that is? I had brought both plants inside for the winter, and they have been doing fine, and I don't want them to die if I transplant them. Should I transplant them before or after I move them back outside for the spring?
Thank you in advance!

They should suffer no setbacks from being transplanted, but just to make sure, I would replant them now and give them a few weeks indoors to adjust to the change before taking them outside for the spring. Best wishes with your miniature roses!
