After forcing blooming Hyacinths this winter, and after the blossoms died, the leaves started turning brown, tips first. Is this normal?

What you describe is perfectly natural and normal. Allow the foliage to die completely down and then remove it from the bulb. Store the bulb in a cool, dry place for forcing again next year, or plant it outdoors.
