I can't say with certainty whether your bulbs will sprout and bloom. If they were fresh bulbs when you received them and if you stored them in a cool, dark place until you planted them, and if you planted them at the correct depth, then they should come up. I suspect, however, that they were harvested in the summer of '05 and should have been planted in the winter of '06, as soon as you received them. They longer they are stored, the less viable they will be. Just to satisfy your curiousity, why not dig around in the planting bed and unearth a bulb or two? If they have roots, they should sprout. If they have not developed roots, they're a lost cause and should be replaced this coming fall.
