The Q&A Archives: tangerine trees

Question: i have (2) tangerine trees started in 6

Answer: George,

I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

Fruit trees planted from seeds have to go through a long slow maturing process before they are able to bloom and bear fruit. Give your trees a few more years and they should be fruitful. In fact they may have a few blooms in the next year.

Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening season. Please stop in again soon!
